About the Author
Robert A. Wehrmeyer
Bob was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He put himself through college in West Virginia, playing basketball and working several odd jobs including the midnight shift in the emergency room of the local hospital. It was working in the ER that convinced Bob to forgo his medical degree and attend law school.
He chose St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and as a second-year law student applied for a general counsel position with a small but growing Texas-based biotechnology company — and his career began.
Bob is an experienced real estate professional, attorney, and longtime college professor at the University of Texas in San Antonio. His passion for writing first compelled him to write the critically acclaimed commercial real estate textbook. Now many years later he has published the Ripfolds Trilogy and is working on his next adventure: The Iron Worker, The Untold Story Behind the Statue of Liberty.
